Wendy is a Certified Hope Restored Aftercare Coach with Focus on the Family. Coaching couples as they journey toward all that God has for them and their marriage is her passion. She especially enjoys working with couples who feel emotionally disconnected and weary in their relationship. Wendy has gained practical experience through 25+ years of marriage, ministry, parenting 3 children, & cross-cultural living. She and her husband Andrew live in Colorado Springs where they enjoy exploring small towns and hiking.

Joannie is a Certified Hope Restored Aftercare Coach. She has worked with couples in a variety of capacities for over 36 years and enjoys encouraging husbands and wives to develop actionable steps so they can experience a loving and committed marriage relationship. Having been married for over 45 years, Joannie draws on her own experiences and those of the many couples she has worked with to help Hope Restored couples find a vision for their future marriage that will bring fulfillment for both husband and wife.

Patrick is a Board Certified Coach who has received coach training from the Institute for Life Coach Training. As an experienced professional and Christ-follower, Patrick serves individuals and couples in the areas of sexual integrity, relational health and spiritual transformation. Patrick is a former pastor and has worked at Focus on the Family in various roles for over twenty years. His contagious enthusiasm to care well for people flows through all that he does professionally, personally and in ministry.

Elaine is a Certified Hope Restored Aftercare Coach. She has worked for Focus on the Family for over 15 years. Elaine has a heart for coming alongside couples, encouraging them in their relationship journey.
Elaine and her husband, Mark, have been married 40 years. They reside in Colorado Springs, CO and have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. Elaine is passionate about being a grandma and about helping people recover their true selves, the self God created them to be.

Scott Jones, PCC, CPLC
Scott is a Certified Professional Life Coach with both the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and International Coaching Federation. He maintains a Relationship Coaching business that primarily serves marriages. In 2003 while in a crisis of their own, he and his wife Cathy attended a Smalley Marriage Intensive where they accepted a God orchestrated miracle of restoration. Prior to Coaching, Scott was blessed to serve, mentor, and coach others while serving in multiple organizations. Scott and Cathy currently call Rome, Georgia home and have 3 adult children.

Heather has a B.A. in Education and a Masters Degree in Psychology. She continued her education with Professional Christian Coach Institute to become a Certified Professional Life Coach. Since 2013, Heather has worked as a Marriage Coach with hundreds of couples who have completed the Hope Restored Marriage Intensives. Heather married her husband Peter Larson, PhD., in 1995. Together, they teach, coach and write and have co-authored four books focusing on marriage and parenting teens.

Glenn Lutjens is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and has been with Focus on the Family for over 25 years. He received advanced coursework in life coaching from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.Prior to his time with Focus on the Family, Glenn served as an associate pastor in pastoral care at Pascack Bible Church in Hillsdale, New Jersey. He met his wife, Elizabeth, at Nyack College in New York.

Erin Smalley
Erin is a Certified Hope Restored Aftercare Coach. She works at Focus on the Family as a Marriage Strategist Spokesperson developing content, conducting interviews, and speaking at marriage/women's events.
Erin has a B.S. in Nursing and worked as a nurse for many years. She has enjoyed working with her husband, Dr. Greg Smalley, doing marriage intensives and speaking at marriage seminars across the world. Together the Smalleys encourage couples toward developing a deeply satisfying marriage.

Nick is a Certified Hope Restored Aftercare Coach. Prior to his current work with Hope Restored, Nick worked with Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs for nearly 18 years. His heart for serving others comes out of his own personal journey as a man, husband, and father. Nick and his wife, Jamie, have been married over 15 years and enjoy going on adventures with their three children.

MT Wilson is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, having received training from both the Institute for Life Coach Training and the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. MT maintains a coaching business that serves individuals and marriages in the areas of sexual integrity recovery & marital health. In addition to professional coaching, he oversees a ministry dedicated to promoting health among ministry leaders and has authored three Christian books.

Marty is a trained Hope Restored After Care Coach with Focus on the Family. She has worked for the last ten years helping couples reconnect and families heal. Marty has a heart for families and military families, as she and her husband Joel Witzel, Lt Col. Air Force (Retired) traveled the world with their children for a great portion of their thirty-two-year marriage. Together, Marty and her husband have settled in Colorado Springs with their children and grandchildren.

Adam Glover is a Certified Professional Life Coach through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and founder of Out of the Darkness Ministries. For nearly 20 years, Adam has worked alongside his wife (a licensed counselor) to restore hope to hurting marriages in various capacities, including as a lead pastor. Adam also serves as Spiritual Director for a faith-based residential men’s addiction/mental health treatment facility. He and Kathy have been married for nearly 30 years and have five children, who serve alongside them in ministry.

Tim Austin is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Following two decades of life overseas, Tim returned to the U.S. in 2016 and started a private coaching practice helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of change. But he still enjoys ministry-related travel, when possible. Tim and his wife have three adult kids, one grandson, and one granddaughter on the way. For fun and relaxation, he enjoys hiking, fishing, traveling, his church community, and time with family and friends.

Angel Perez
Angel Perez is a trained Hope Restored After Care Coach with Focus on the Family. He also serves as a pastor in his local church where he ministers to couples and individuals in the areas of marriage, parenting and sexual integrity. In 2015, Angel authored a book on overcoming sexual addiction and is passionate about seeing people restored and transformed. Angel lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and their two boys.
